Decide you won’t be afraid to be wrong.
Decide to create a marketing plan that you will actually stick to.
Decide to test.
Decide to tweak.
Decide to track.
Decide to stop dreaming and wishing about doing better with your window cleaning business and take the first step now, today.
Decide that you will work less and make more.
Decide to free up more time in 2010 for the people and things you actually care about.
Decide that you (yes, I’m talking to you) are allowed to earn $200/hr.
Decide that you are allowed to work less than 40 hours a week.
Decide that not everyone around you knows whats best for you.
Decide to trust the people who can help you.
Decide.

2010 can be different. Very different.
But you must decide from day one.
And no one can do it for you.
