I knew nothing about this video, until Stuart posted it, and sent me the link. What I found most encouraging is that even though he’s been cleaning windows professionally for 20+ years now, he wasn’t afraid to try something new and get out of his comfort zone, when he had reason to believe it would be worth it.

Knowledge is worthless without implementation.
If you don’t change the way you act, 2009 will be no better than 2008, as far as your window cleaning business is concerned.
